When they feel they can be creative and innovative "without backlash or negative feedback", they will love their jobs. When they love their jobs, they approach them with ownership and passion. Everyone wins. Mistakes will be made, but if the man is essentially right himself, I think the mistakes he makes are not so serious in the long run.....as much as the mistakes management makes - if it is dictatorial and if it undertakes to tell everyone ... exactly how they must do their job.
