I used to buy them in Alan's shop in Soi 0 (whatever the official name is I don't know).

Shop isn't there anymore and no idea they re-located or just disappeared.

Maybe any other shops around?

You can get pool white balls there too

There's a bar towards the north end of 3rd Road, on the right side when heading North, called Bullseye (I think) and I was told that they sell darts equipment. If not, they're a darts-orientated bar so I guess they could point you in the right direction.
