hi to all americans

my best german Friend is holding also an US Passport.

We want to open a Company in the USA, providing exclusiv Services

through very skilled, specialised and experienced Germans Workers.

It is simply unbelievable, how many skilled Workers get no more Jobs in Germany .....

what kind of Company we will have to open?

which State in the US is the easiest one for opening such a Company?

In this case, can we provide our services in other Staates too?

what Staate in the US do you recommend?

what kind of Assistance do we need?

what else we will have to take an eye on this Subject?

any further suggestions?

Best of luck to your friend. I don't know where to begin for sure, but you might want to check with an embassy and also the American Chamber of Commerce. I am sure there are some sites you can find. There is also the Small Business Administration which, I think is a gov't agency, but could be a starting place.

Most people choose business locations based in part on the tax rate for the state. With new businesses, most states give you a tax break for several years--usually about 3 years, depending on the size and number of employees.
