My computer comes up with access violation and my mouse goes out of control.

Is someone hacking my details or is it a virus?

What brand/model of computer?

Which OS are you running?

Are you running antivirus software? Which one? Is it updating the periodically?

Are the errors from the OS, antivirus app, other?

When and how frequently do you receive the errors?

What do they say exactly?

Do the symptoms just disappear after a while or do you have to reboot?
