Where To Bring Garbage!

Featured Replies

I have a house in Rayong Province and have more than a few truck fulls of garbage and concrete. The garbage men stop taking larger items and concrete so I have no idea what to do with it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if Thailand has any Land Fill Sites or Dumps where I can bring it to. I don't mind paying but just worry if I pay someone to take it away and they through it out along a road somewhere which I don't want. Any Suggestions or Ideas would be great.

Bribe them. Works in the UK, they take anything if you slip them £5/£10 between them.

Look for a local site being prepared for building - they will take away your concrete for free, take a few pictures and draw a map - maybe carry a lump in the back of your car - fairly easy to communicate the concept I would have thought.

Google Waste Management Siam and you will get their web site.

They accept non-hazardous industrial waste (i.e. they take concrete, building, soil, dirt etc. as well as general household garbage).
