A lot more information is needed.

What kind of visa is he on now? Is he planning on work? Go to school?

The only visa that gets 90 day extensions that I know of are ED (education) visas.

prapagorn, it is usually difficult to obtain help for somebody else unless one knows his exact situation and the status of his permission to stay. Could your friend perhaps register on ThaiVisa and then explain his problem himself?
