Private Thai Teacher In Bangkok

Featured Replies

I work outside of Thailand 20 days per month and then return for my 10 days off. I have been wanting to start to take Thai lessons for while now, but it is hard to find the time to drive into town for lessons at one of the big schools on the 10 days I have back home. With a new baby on the way in 2 months, it is now going to be impossible. I would like to find a private teacher that would be able to come to the house when I am home and do private lessons in the home. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on where to search for one?

I just saw your comment and thought that I could possibly recommend someone for you, but I would have to talk with him first. He is a good friend (Thai) who is basically on retainer as a personal teacher for some richy-rich families in Bangkok. He might be interested in helping you out as long as it wasn't too much a huge committment of time every day. Let me know if you are interested and I will talk to him later next week.
