Hua Hin- Lake View Golf Membership

my mates got a hua hin lake view golf (and yaght) club membership that he no longer needs as hes moved away.

he bought it december 2006 and it expires january 2023. was 25 year(lifetime) deal.

he payed 200,000 for it and wants to know how much he could get for it?

any info/advise welcomed.

Hi, I was looking at Lake View yesterday, I am keen to get a membership somewhere but looks pretty pricey with the current exchange rate. Any idea what would be an acceptable price?
