December 5, 200421 yr Ok then 1, Gogo bars should NOT be advertised on tv. 2, Common sense should used, Especially in certain adverts, they may as well just say "we have lots of girls and you can have short time all day if you want" 3,Australians should'nt be allowed to advertise their bars (Shagwells, pattaya people news). 4, Bob on "Crazy Dave's" is disgusting I think in general the companies should take more care in NOT promoting Pattaya as the pissed up sex tourist town that it is, We all know it is, Why can't the family stuff be promoted more? December 5, 200421 yr I have to agree the Shagwells ad on TV should be enough to get Colon and his TV crew banned from the air, who in their right mind would actually call an appartment complex "shagwells" Every one knows what goes on here and in one form or another I am sure most of us want it to continue, ads like this which are crass and low class serve no usefull purpose what so ever. If ever I saw a reason to deport anyone then this ad is it, two aussies and a Dane should be n the next flight home with all assetts confiscated. Any one placing bets on how long Colon lasts before the Sh#t hits the fan and he is locked up and deported?

But if like me you're in a condo that's facing north, you cannot get UBC as you have to face the satellite (south). I heard that UBC was introducing cable to Pattaya, but I don't know what's come of it. Well, at least sophon is cheap...

December 11, 200421 yr When watching Sophon TV should be renamed reality TV I recently watched a news report showing a Thai National that had hung himself (A tragic story and a horrible waste of life). Sophon them went on to show the man hanging. After the man had been taken down they showed him lying on the ground dead of life and just in case you had forgot that the man had hung proceeded to zoom in to the mans neck showing the rope marks. I am not sure which was worse, the news program or the fact that I was glued to the TV.
