my wife needed an income of her own , here in Thailand , so we bought 4 condos , value 1.5m each = 6m 12000,bt a month rent = each = 48000,bt a month income for her alone , i have my own income coming from out side Thailand ,

with have a daughter together , and my wife has 2 children from her first marriage , to a Thai man , one daughter is 28 , one is 22 , so both earn there own money , as little as it is,

can anyone help , with how we pay tax on her income , and how to set it up , with the tax office ,

i have had people tell me its 5% of the income per month , is that true ?
