Can anyone tell me the number of divers living and/or working in Phuket?

Also, if anyone has ever had an experience in giving medical assistance to anyone (Thai or NOT) That ended up in the injured party trying to get money from you for whatever reason, and you are willing to give me a brief interview (using your real name or not) I'd be very interested in speaking with you.

I know the most common scenario is car or scooter crashes where a bystander attempts to help, only to be punished for the good deed. Anyone else have any interesting memories?
