Census Registration Form

Hello!

A copy of the census registration form is required when applying visa extension, in my case non-imm "O" visa.

But what exactly is this census registration form? Is it supposed to be from farang man or from thai wife?

I've already asked Mr Google about this but it didn't make me any wiser, just more uncertain.

And a topic search here in this forum didn't help as well.

Every Thai will have one . Your Wife will be on one. Maybe her parents Tabbien Baan, maybe she has her own one.
