Something very strange is happening now.

Cat at Pattaya Thai use to rev at over 4500 kbps, now they are down to 500...internet cafes at 2000 and my appartment at 500.

On the speed test it looks ok but it stalls midway.

This monkey business has been going on for 2 months on and off, Cat was great before.

Any idea what is going on?
