I have always ridden by two rules from the UK (long ago) Highway Code:

1) Keep Left.

2) Give way to trains (for they cannot easily stop).

One of these does not go well in the US, but I can't remember which one. :o

Yeah that's a bad one, saw it a while back. I think it went down in Taiwan sometime ago...

I always like to be wary around those big rigs...
