I am scheduled to report to immigration on December 15th to confirm my address as per the regulations for a retirement visa.

However, i need to leave Thailand on the 7th December and want to return on the 22nd December.

What can i do?

As you are leaving before your report date you do not have to report. :o

Your next report will be 90 days after 22nd December.
