Straightforward question, anyone used bookinhotels.com? I've noticed they have some very good rates, however, I have come across several bad reviews on trip advisor. Usual stories, similar to the ones you used to hear re: asiarooms (hard to get refunds etc.) although personally, I've never had a problem with asiarooms.

I'm just interested to know peoples opinion on bookinhotels.com here on TV. Please spare the comments on online hotel booking sites v hotel websites - it's already being discussed in other threads.
