Current prices are lower than I had budgeted for, so a premium to turn up or whatever the deal needs to be is available. Deal I thought was struck some months ago and have checked on since, seems to have been overlooked. Please PM me. Family land totals some 40+ rai and there are hundreds yet needing to be cut.
