House Papers For Renters

Featured Replies

For renters what paper do you get for Imm, Buying a car, Bangk acct etc?

You need a residence certificate issued by immigration. You need a non immigrant visa, your lease, 2 photos, copies of your passport, visa, TM card etc. and a form filled out. Cost in Pattaya is Bt200.

The certificate is then good for 1 month or 30 days I think.

Yeah I did that once.

Immigration told me "We can give you that letter but then you need to report every 90 days" I told them thanks but no thanks & I then went to my consulate (USA) & got one for 1200 baht.
