Assuming your departure point is Bkk, sure, just look 'em up on internet and email an inquiry. Use a credit card...

If initial departure point is outside Thailand, probably cannot provide service...

Most Bangkok travel agents will accept a cash transfer directly int their bank accounts.

the thing is that paying by credit card everyone is asking for the holder to be in here. and the holder is not here. (yeah departure is from Bkk)

Yes, you did return 1 year ticket for my family that way and I paid by Credit card from Japan. Perfect.

Printed the itinerary and tickets were waiting upon checkin in BKK.
