Truemove Sim Card Life.

Featured Replies

I have a Truemove sim in my phone. The longest I have managed to have it working is for a month. By this I mean that if I put credit on it I get another months use before I need to put money on again to extend its life. I find this to be utterly ridiculous :o . No matter how much I put on I only get another month. Last week I had 300+ baht on it but it came time to extend again so I put another 100 baht on. It gave me 10 more days! This means I need to keep putting money on every 10 days even though I hardly use the phone. I went to ask at a Truemove shop and they gave me the usual smile and told me that 'yes this is how it works' :D . Surely to Buddha I can somehow unlock it for a year. The Sim itself is fine as far as coverage and call quality go. Friends tell me to give up on it and just get a 1-2-call Sim but I don't want to have to switch number yet again.

I don't really trust the word of the people in the Truemove shop.

Any ideas?

Call True Move in order to change your promotion

Dial True Move Care on 1331

Yep, there is a deal on True Moves which I have where the top up thing is not an issue as a top up is required only every 90 days, but of course the per minute rate is higher, however I much prefer it to the scenario you describe and I once experienced , I think you can change packages via the phone for about 30thb charge
