Consulate Address For Visa Extension

Featured Replies

I have a 2 month tourist visa and want to get that extended 3rd month. Everywhere I look it says 'go to a consulate near you'.

I spent like 3+ hours searching online . . . but haven't a clue where a consulate is located in Bangkok. Can someone please give me an address?

You need to go to the Immigration office in Bangkok.

.........

Visa extensions are obtained from any Immigration office in Thailand,

you just go to the one closest to where you stay.

A new visa can only be obtained from a Royal Thai Consulate, outside Thailand.

Correct of course Astral. As he mention Bangkok in his OP I assumed he was there.

Thanks Lite Beer that was exactly what I was looking for!

I went there today . . . parking was impossible to find. Really crowded too, but only took about ~35 minutes.

No questions asked, and I wasn't required to show a return flight ticket either (good because I don't have one!)
