where is this condo located? there is one going up on Soi 16 between Wong Amat beach and Naklua that is right next to the big crematorium - i don't think any thai would consider living there and mingle with the pee (ghosts)

Do you mean the urban suite behind of The Avenue Pattaya?

Seem to remember there was a skull found on site by the contractor. The forehead had been engraved with black magic symbols (Pee).
