and it just repeated all the information I had written. I'm booked on a flight to Bangkok from Dublin (via abu dhabi) on the 4th of December with Etihad, wasn't able to get through to any Etihad phone numbers today.

Thanks for the offer of help ThaiVisa. It is just so little information it just makes me more confused. I can't and don't want to Fly on the 2nd and if I did how would I do it and to where? My best guest is that ThaiVisa is telling me it is possible to fly today (into UTapao?) if I can organise it myself with Etihad.
