The best that I've come across (popular with Thai people, always the best sign) was a taxi ride from New Phet'buri Road. Can't remember exactly where now though.

Yeah I know what your talking about will be off Huaykwang somewhere, well there are quite a few nice little gem Restaurant around there.!!! a hotel called Nice Mansion would have a Thai Chinese Restaurant a few meters away!! Have outdoor and outdoor. But I know it’s not the nice scenery one your after.

Thanks mate Huaykwang does sound familiar. But any other Chinese restaurants in Bangkok, recommendations will be welcome also.

My favorite chinese is Summer Palace at the Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok.
