I was able to contact them via their phone number on their web site. I don't have the number available right now.....sorry. I called at 10 pm Bangkok time and got an English speaking agent. I had made travel reservations to fly from BKK to Phuket for Dec. 8th but because of the political situation our trip was postponed until Dec. 31. They allowed me to postpone the 8 reservations I had made by using a password to access my reservations in the future (90 day max). This morning it is -5 below zero farenheit at my place in Minnesota. Interestingly, my Thai wife had talked to Air Asia an hour before I did and they told her it would cost her approx. baht 1,000 per reservation to change the tickets. A friend of hers in Pattaya contacted them and got the same information too. I guess the english speaking tourist gets a better response.
