Just so we are dealing in facts, unless you belong to the very rich (who got a huge tax cut under Trump) federal taxes have changed very little, except that you now you also get to pay Trump's tarrif tax (yes it is a tax on American consumers and is not paid by the country exporting goods.) As to co-pays- I assume that you are referring to medical co-pays- medical co-pays costs have actually risen, not because of any singular Trump or republican policy, but because healthcare costs have been allowed to sky rocket overall in the US same with the cost of prescriptions and hospital costs. I am not sure if you have actually been back to the US in a while or just live there vicariously through Fox News and Facebook "news".
