My yearly extension of stay based on business expires on January 4th. My lawyer has delayed in taking me to immigration until this Monday the 15th.

Is this enough time to get my new extension completed?

Previous years I have alway gone 30 days before expiration......

Normaly this is more then enough.

That depends on what your extension is based upon.

You should have enough time. Normally extensions are approved on the date of application.
