bjhabal
There is no new consulate across the border at Aranyaprathet, and the immigration office do not even issue visas on arrival, as they stated clearly due to the computer upgrading (this was for the past 2 years). Something fishy here. Bishop
colino
The agency is run by a fillipino guy married to a Thai , i will ask to see the visa when i go back to work thursday cheers colino
Maestro
Perhaps the OP’s two Filipinas got their geography a bit wrong. It would have been a long trek from Aranyaprathet to Savannakhet in Laos, where there is a Thai consulate. -- Maestro

bjhabal
Well, it is almost the same distance to Savannakhet in Laos as Maestro said; however it is good to know that it can be done in Pnom Penh. Bishop
