Pakeha
Does anyone have a traditional recipe for fish cakes? I've got this one http://www.geocities.com/adams_dhanjal/rec..._fish_cakes.htm but want to know if anyone has a better one. Thanks.

Vato
the thai fish to use is 'bla gai'... but if your outside of thailand, the ground fish in the fres fish section usually works out. you simply add red curry paste and chopped green beans to the ground fish and mix by hand...you can also add kafir lime leafs in thin strands, but that is already in the curry paste...just not visible.
