First Time Applying For Extension

Featured Replies

Hi

I applyed for extension of stay based on my wifes income for the first time on november 4.

I have to go to immigration next week to get the answer.

Do I have to bring my wife for that?

Or any kind of documents? except my passport ofcourse.

Just turn up with your passport and a smile.

Never a bad idea to take your Wife. They like to see you together.

The answer will be Yes.

Thanks Lite Beer

She has to work.

It will be interesting to see if they accept her income only with the new rules

They should do if they accepted your application.

The signs are that they are being a bit easy for applications by previous applicants for the first year.

You might have a problem next year.

I got my extension for 1 year. My passport were handed to me by a university student. She didn't say anything about the new rules and I didn't ask
