the thai embassy lists pick up starting at 2 pm, is it ever open before this or can early arrangements be made to pick up early? will i miss my flight?

just to clarify i have flight from singapore to bangkok at 3:30 pm and i am refering to the royal thai embassy in singapore.

yes,u be able to make it...just make sure u 1st in the line...go about 1330hrs or 130pm...it opens only at 2pm,but if u 1st in the line ,u get it within 5 mins and the taxi ride would be within 1/2 hr,just remember to tell the taxi driver to go to t1 and i think airasia checkin counter is at row 11

But doesn't the Air Asia check in desk close 1 hour before the flight?
