thailandjunkie
I have been in Thailand for a long time on a work permit. My employment will be finishing in January next year. My daughter attends BIS school in Phuket. My wife and daughters have been dependents on my work permit/visa since i have been here. My wife and daughters are not Thai. I have been told that i can get an ED visa for my daughter through BIS...they will provide the paperwork. Can myself, my wife and youngest daughter also get yearly visas as dependents? Any information would be appreciated.

MacWalen
any actual cases? We have done it for children obtaining non-O when a parent obtained non-ED but were not able to get it for spouses. I like to talk about facts not about theory. Please let us know if you were able able to obtain non-O based on your husband/wife's studying at a private language school like a Walen school. Despite all the relevant laws I would like to see an actual example of this being possible. Appreciate your input.
