Cha Am Beach Road you could buy a Guesthouse for 1000 baht as no-one stays, except no-hopers and cheap charlie's. I believe Kiwiace is talking about Hua Hin, try "Top Marks" its in the centre and approx 1 year old. Feb is a busy time so please book to avoid problems.
