Does anyone know of any decent builders in the region? Are reasonable pre frabricated houses available in Thailand? Any help would be appreciated.Craig I built a house outside Khamcha-I, done by a builder in Mukdahan. Was an "interesting" process, as things I wanted they said they weren't available, when they actually were. So they built, I bought many things myself (price negotiated for that) and my house is complete now. Overall I'm quite satisfied. PM me for more information.
