Does anyone know how much ti would cost to fly a Golden retriever from Chaing Mai to Bangkok roughly and if you can hire a transport box at the Cargo Counters? or is there another way

If I recall it well costs by cargo are roughly 2,000 to 2,500 baht one way for large breed adult dog.
