Best Browser For Xp X64?

Featured Replies

Still looking to get out of IE and have read about the two best {?} alternatives....firefox and chrome and acording to reports that I have read, both have issues with x64.

I even tried several times to install chrome and it just wouldn't install.

Anyone with XP 64 have anything to suggest????

My computer has also Vista64 but (so far) no problems with Firefox. I do like Opera (V 9.63) and it runs smoothly on 64x.

You need to install the x64 version of Firefox called "Minefield". Download from hxxp://wiki.mozilla-x86-64.com/Download:Firefox

Some background info on the subject @ hxxp://www.start64.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=75 (scroll down a bit to get pix and more info).
