Annual visa has been renewed with a local bank balance of 820k Thai Baht.

Can one dip below or even well below the 800k mark immediately AFTER the visa has been granted or is there a iminm. waiting period?

No problem to go below 800K just be sure and top it off three months before the next extension (not a visa).
