What freeware will allow me to convert flv (flash video files) to either mpeg or wmv format?

The software I have downloaded will only convert 1 minute of file or else has a watermark and is for evaluation purposes only.

I have a pile of music videos that wont play on my dvd (wrong format) that need re-encoding.

Thanks for that link. I tried it and it works great. Converts anything to/from anything and quite fast.
