Featured Replies

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is the solution, Surely you must be able to access Hot Mail.

Many thanks

I was having some trouble as well this week, slow connections, etc. Then it just died. I called and not sure what they did at their end, but when I rebooted the modem (for the 10th time) it came up asking for username and password. After getting this restarted, it was lightning fast.

BTW, the user name is: your phone number@goldcyber

password: your phone number
