Tax Implications For Renting Out My Condo In Bangkok

I have a condo in Bangkok which I am looking to rent out. Can anyone adice me of the tax - or any other legal - iimplications of my renting out the condo to a) an individual or :o a Thai Company. Thanks in advance !

I can't speak of Thai taxes but, if you are a US citizen or greencard holder, there are issues with IRS. The rent received will be income on your US tax return; the related deductions (including depreciation) can be deducted.
