Good Place To Stay For A Couple Of Days?

Featured Replies

Where's a good place to stay for a couple of days? Budget around 350-500 BHT, internet connection, safe, clean, spacious and within walking distance from trains in BKK city. I need someplace to crash in the meantime while scouting for permanent accommodation.

There are a few places on Sukhumvit soi 22 (down the little side sois) that u might try...I forgot the names though. (Maybe Honey Lodge?)

Perhaps I should hit the famous Khao San Road? I will have some valuables with me such as laptop.

try the area around samsen sois 2-6 in banglamphu... lots of decent, cheaper accommodation around there as well as good restaurants etc. look at suksawasdi hotel at soi 6 or so. banglamphu is not near the trains but you can take a tuk tuk to phan fa pier near the democracy monument and take the saen saep canal boats to get around- very quick and cheap and they go to most of the major areas of the city.
