Has anybody succeeded in getting a multi non imm B using a Thai Ltd Co as basis for qualification?

If so what are the paperwork requirements for this application?

Yes, KL gives you 1 year if you have workpermit, 3-months with WP3.

I dont have a work permit as i dont intend to work.

The company was set up to purchase land.

All taxes are paid for the last three years.

Is it the case I must have a WP?

To get a Non-B in SEA you need to have a WP or applied for a WP.

Contact a consulate in your home country if you can get a Non-B with only a invitation letter.

I have a friend of mine with a company in purpose to own land.

He pays taxes and have WP but don't work.
