Whats The Huge New Building On The Superhighway ?

There's a Huge impressive new Building on the superhighway just before the bridge over the Kok River , on the left if traveliing north. Also some smaller buildings on the other side of the Highway which look to be part of the complex.

Anyone Know what its for ? Can't see any sign's or advertisments. I was thinking maybe a conference centre or something or maybe a new goverment office.

I'm sure they will get around to putting up a sign, eventually.

I've been watching a big warehouse thingy going up on the way to town from Phayamengrai. Finally there is a sign saying something about Organic and BioAsia.

I'm now interested in two very large land fill areas on the way to town. Whatever they are doing they are going to be big. Wouldn't mind a nice new shopping mall;)

Its certainly got a wow factor.

As for a New Mall, not to close to payamengrai please ;-)

I'm amazed how much this grim little city has flowered over the last few years.

The building in question (OP) is on land that used to house the office of the Highways Department. So I believe that these buildings will house the future office of the same office.

Grim little city...jeez you've put off my planned move for at least a year, with that comment :o

(No doubt to the great relief of the locals)

Grim, grim, grim, grim...(now you can move it back further.) The countryside is nice, however;)

10 or so years ago it was pretty Grim in my opinion. You couldn't walk the pavements for fear of falling down a big hole which no one cared about. The Buildings had the traditional Black Mold finish, but slowly but surely thinks have changed. The pavements are paved in Marble now , maybe even gold in the future. Beautiful colours abound and bright new extravagant buildings everywhere not just the usual drab functional shophouses. Its a Beautiful City !. Its a Beautiful day ! . What am I on you ask !? Maybe Just Sunshine ..... Yeah Right !

You Stalking me or summat VF ? ;-)

Maybe they should put that on hold and concentrate on finishing the Little Duck road project toybits. :D

I think Little Duck Bridge has such a small budget they gave the contract to some small-time contractor that does not have any experience. Anyway, looks like they will finish the D___med project soon.
