Cheers I would suggest a visit to BNH in BKK , talk to doctor WIWAT , ask him also about thier arturey/vien print out and analasys . I was under him for a second heart attack , thanks to his treatment and advise , I have been off special medication for 4 years , walk a lot and climb stairs to the 4th floor , no distress .
