The big watch/clock shop on Thanon Tha Phae will take good care of you. They are near the Bangkok Bank. I think its near Soi 1. They have completely rebuilt, repaired and refurbished Swiss watches for me. They are very good.

I'll second that recommendation. Have had several batteries replaced there and the odd repairs as well.

Left side of Thapae Road (as the traffic flows) between the Bangkok Bank and Kamphaengdin Road.

There may be an "array" (of watch shops) but none coming with the recommendations (many on TV) as for the one suggested by 'electrified'
