britmaveric Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 I was under the assumption you can do it, but not on an adhoc basis. Basically all your calls will show unknown once you have the provider do this. I know personally if its an unknown # or not in my contact list I will most likely not answer it. It's called Private Number and is a subscriber service on GSM Advance only. I believe it only works within AIS network, so calling a DTAC or land-line the number would be displayed as normal.
