Comes over very well.....chai.. :o

Abhisit Vejjajiva the new prime minister of Thailand, has said that his country has turned a corner, with an economic stimulus package making its way through parliament.

The prime minister told the BBC's Nik Gowing that his country is working with others in the region to reduce the impact of the global economic recession.

I do understand his worries. Obama launched the idea to buy American to protect the US industry, and Thailand contrary to the EU has no weapons for a trade war with the US.

:o Shouldn't he wait until this "package" has actually got through parliament, been implemented, and the results determined before saying "his" country has turned a corner? :D

Urging against " Protectionism"

That's a laugh oming from the MP of one of the most " Protectionistic" societies ever, ( installed by a protectionistic mob to protect their upper class interests.)

What hypocrisy !

Hey MP how 'bout letting me own the land my house is on, like Thai citizens can in my home country -YOu know, it's not like I can take it with me.

Sure would like to start a business, Oh can't have a majority stake with my own money, what's that, oh marry a Thai citizen if I want to start a business?

Don't forget, " Farang" ; check into the police every 90 days like a sex criminal .
