I have searched (as best I can) but can't find recent advice on my needs.

I am looking for a house on Koh Sumai in August this year (1st 2 weeks). I know that there a lot of nce houses on teh island so following advice I have read here I will try and be specific about our needs.

3+bedrooms

Own private pool

On a beach (not sure I care which one as they all look nice)

Grounds/pool not overlooked by other houses/villas (so as much beach as possible before the next house)

Able to get to a town by taxi or car (ideally walkable but I know that may be too much given privacy requirements)

Perpared to pay in the region of £2500 per week.

Any suggestions welcome

Where? North, East, South or West?

How old are you?

Family? Couples? Group? Kids? Mates? Male? Female?

I'm sure you can afford to pay that much but by saying that you can you make yourself a target. I would suggest you can find something luxurious for a lot less than you are willing to pay, certainly that is true here in Phuket.
