Sawasdee Langsuan Inn, Bangkok

I'm considering booking Sawasdee Langsuan Inn in Bangkok for several days. I was unable to find too many reviews of that hotel (or perhaps it's rather a guesthouse) in the internet. If you have stayed there please share your knowledge. The normal price seems to be about 900-1000thb but I will try and book it from hotelclub.com with the bonus dollars for a cheap rate. This way I would get it for about 250thb.

If you answer to this text please consider the hotel as a 1000thb class hotel and then consider if it is worth purchasing with their normal 800-1000thb price in the Sukhumvit area or near that area (which the Langsuan area is). Any answer, even second hand knowledge, will be appreciated. The information I'm specifically interested in is whether their room is as nice as the photo says. I'm aware the room is seldom like the photos in the website suggest but I'm hoping for the best.
