February 9, 200917 yr i have a great boudin recipe but can't seem to locate a few spices. Cayanne Pepper Sage Red pepper 3 ft beef middle casing. Can anyone help? Thanks, Bob
February 9, 200917 yr Spices are easy to find: TOPS, CAREFOUR For the casings have a look in MAKRO: Not beef but pork casings, big enough for boudin, they have them frozen. Gerd
